Tradeshow Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Q: Can I take the show order forms home and order during the week?
A: No. Show prices will be honored for orders written at the show only. At the very minimum there is an extra 2% - 5% available on Sunday which will not be available after the show. Additionally, some manufacturers participating in the show will not be represented in the road show and have given bonus buys for the time they are present, Sunday. 

Q: What about my regular cash discount?
A: The only discounts that can be deducted from show orders are 2% on $5,000.00 - $9,999.99 and 3% for $10,000 and above, provided that payment is made within 30 days.

Q: Is there a prompt payment discount?
A: Yes and no. There is no longer a prompt payment discount. There is only a volume discount as noted above. Two volume discounts are available with conditions for timely payment.

Q: What if I pay you in cash, is there a better price?
A: No, we do not accept cash. We accept checks, money orders or wire transfers.

Q: How long before I receive my order?
A: We will do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Delays in processing may occur due to the large influx of orders.

Q: What if there are outs on my order?
A:

If outs occur we will automatically ship backorders unless we are told in advance that backorders will not be accepted. Backorders will be cancelled (unless we are told otherwise) 45 days after our show or when the backordered amount falls under $500.


Q: Can I give you two orders, one to ship now and one to ship in 30 days?
A: Yes, be sure to write a separate order and mark it accordingly. However, to qualify for 2% or 3% orders cannot be combined. (i.e. orders place at show for immediate shipment $3,000 now and $3,000 in 30 days = no discount. Orders placed at show for immediate shipment $6,000 now and $6,000 within 30 days = 2% on both orders)

Q: What about my credit limit? Can I order as much as I want?
A: Credit limits for trade show orders will be based on your payment history. Those    accounts with excellent payment history will not have a credit limit for their trade show order.
Q: What if I ordered more than I thought?
A: Our drivers will not be allowed to separate the order at the time of delivery. If the entire order cannot be accepted, it will be returned to our warehouse. A 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Note: If existing customer account balances are 30 days or more, show orders may be held until payment has been received.

New Customers: must fill out a credit application at the show. Credit department will expedite all applications. Credit line will be based on response. COD applicants with no credit references will be CIA. (Cash In Advance)
